What is the basis for your morality?
Is it just some social agreement? What is it that the golden rule is instilled in us? Where does it come from? It doesn't seem to fit with self-preservation on the immediate level, with a Darwinian natural selection kind of schema.
If you are your own source of morality, and yet you make choices that violate that morality, how can you say your morality is valid?
